The JS Series Dinky JS20 DKAQ 2PT pairs a poplar body with a quilt maple art grain top, finished in gloss for a look that punches well above its price. The bolt-on maple speed neck features graphite reinforcement and a scarf joint for stability, while the 12"-16" compound-radius bound amaranth fingerboard carries 24 jumbo frets and pearloid sharkfin inlays. That compound radius means comfortable chording down low and effortless bending and shredding as you move up the neck.
A pair of Jackson high-output humbucking pickups with ceramic magnets cranks out clear tone with plenty of girth, and can be shaped with a three-way blade switch plus single volume and tone controls. The 3-position blade gives you bridge, bridge-and-neck, and neck voicings for everything from tight rhythm attack to thick lead tones.
This model also features all-black hardware including a 2-point synchronized fulcrum tremolo bridge, standard strap buttons and Jackson sealed die-cast tuners, all topped off by the signature Jackson pointed 6-in-line headstock with white binding.
