Defective Products
Sometimes things don’t work out of the box—we’ll take care of you.

Non-Returnable Items
For health/safety and quick-wear reasons, these can be returned only if unopened or defective:

Strings, reeds, tubes

Earbuds, earplugs, harmonicas, microphones

Software, soundware, DVDs, videos (must be sealed)

Drumheads, drumsticks, raw speakers, cartridges

Cleaners, polishes, cloths, and other consumables
*Defective items are exchanged for the same product only.
Refunds

How we issue refunds: Refunds are sent to the original form of payment. Gift returns are issued as store credit to the recipient.

When it’s processed: Once your return is received and inspected, we aim to process refunds within 2 business days.

When it appears: Your bank or card issuer may take 3–7 business days to post the credit.

What’s refundable: Product price and applicable taxes are refunded. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Prepaid labels: If we provide a prepaid label for a non-defective return, the label cost may be deducted from your refund.

Bundles & freebies: Bundles, kits, or purchases with free items must be returned complete. Missing items may reduce the refund.
- Condition check: Items with excessive wear, missing packaging/accessories, or damage may be denied or partially refunded.
