DESCRIPTION
If you're running a double pedal, your bass drum head takes twice the punishment in the same small area. The Gibraltar SC-DPP double impact patch covers that zone with tough vinyl, shielding the batter head from the wear and tear two beaters dish out night after night.
Beyond protection, the patch changes the way your kick responds. The added material at the strike point brings a touch more attack, so each stroke cuts through with clearer beater definition — handy when you're playing fast doubles or pushing higher volumes.
Application is simple: peel, stick to the impact area of your batter head, and play. It's an inexpensive bit of insurance for any double-pedal setup.
