DESCRIPTION

Duralin — also known as Acetyl or Delrin — is a unique material with an extraordinary combination of strength, stiffness, dimensional stability, fatigue resistance, and low friction. It's normally used as a replacement for metal bushings and bearings in industrial applications, which tells you a lot about how well it holds up under repeated abuse. Those same properties make it an excellent pick material.

Players reach for Duralin when they want articulation. The material highlights the bright clicking sound of the pick hitting the strings, which cuts through nicely on acoustic guitar, rhythm parts, and fast single-note passages. This version uses the standard shape for a traditional feel and comfort in the hand, and the picks are color coated by gauge so you can spot the one you want at a glance.

This 10-pack is the .85mm Medium gauge, a versatile middle ground that works on both acoustic and electric guitar. Duralin is also available in standard, wide, jazz, sharp, and gripped shapes if you want to experiment with a different profile. Made in the USA at D'Addario's New York production facility.
