DESCRIPTION

The Ibanez AAD51CE is part of the revolutionary Advanced Acoustic series—an ambitious reimagining of the acoustic guitar for the modern player. With cutting-edge design innovations and exceptional tonal clarity, the AAD51CE delivers a playing experience that’s both inspiring and refreshingly ergonomic.

At the heart of this instrument is a Solid Sitka Spruce top, known for its dynamic range and tonal balance—delivering shimmering highs, punchy mids, and a full, rich low end. Paired with Sapele back and sides, the guitar produces a warm midrange that’s ideal for both fingerstyle players and flatpickers. The Okoume neck features a Low Oval Grip, ensuring effortless playability, while the Purpleheart fretboard and bridge add visual elegance and contribute to a warm, natural tonal response.

Built for the stage and studio alike, the AAD51CE comes equipped with the Ibanez T-bar Undersaddle pickup and AEQ-TP2 preamp, featuring a convenient onboard tuner and 2-band EQ—giving you total control over your amplified sound.

What truly sets the AAD51CE apart is its list of innovative design enhancements. The Grand Dreadnought body—a new shape developed through years of R&D—offers powerful projection and rich tone while remaining incredibly comfortable. Ibanez’s A.I.R.port system refines your playing experience by projecting sound more clearly toward the player. And with the Advanced Access Cutaway, you’ll enjoy seamless access to the upper frets for soloing or complex chord voicings.

Whether you're writing at home, performing live, or recording in the studio, the AAD51CE brings a bold, responsive, and modern edge to your acoustic playing.
