Free Shipping Details

  • Where it applies: Contiguous 48 U.S. states only.

  • Carriers: UPS, FedEx, or USPS (at our discretion).

  • Exclusions:

    • Oversized/overweight items (a surcharge will appear in cart).

    • Special orders and certain restricted items.

    • Non-contiguous U.S. (AK/HI/PR/territories) and international addresses.

  • Notes: Free shipping method is ground/economy. We may upgrade at our discretion; delivery speed is not guaranteed.


Delivery Times

Ground / Economy (most orders):

  • Typical transit: 1–3 business days depending on location; some areas may take 5–7.

  • Tracking will be emailed once your order ships.

Expedited options (when available):

  • 2-Day Air: Orders placed by 3:00 p.m. ET ship same business day and arrive two business days later.

  • Overnight: Orders placed by 3:00 p.m. ET ship same business day for next-business-day delivery.

  • Saturday delivery isn’t standard—call for availability.

  • Weather, carrier capacity, address issues, and verification checks can affect timelines.

Cutoffs & Processing:

  • Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. ET, on weekends, or holidays process next business day.

  • First-time orders or shipments to alternate addresses may require extra verification.


International & Non-Contiguous U.S.

  • We ship to the contiguous U.S. only.

  • To ship internationally, you may use a freight forwarder such as MyUS.com. Title and risk pass once the order is delivered to your forwarder.

  • Brand restrictions: Fender (FMIC), Yamaha, and Roland items are sold and shipped only within the United States.

  • If you’re in Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO), or U.S. territories (e.g., Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands), call 877-778-7845 to check eligibility and rates.


APO/FPO Shipping

We’re proud to serve military customers. Many items can ship to APO/FPO addresses.

  • Please call our sales team at 877-778-7845 for eligibility, carrier options, and any additional details required to process your order.

  • Transit times can be longer; carrier and content restrictions may apply.


Freight Shipments (Large/Oversized Items)

Some products ship by truck freight.

  • Delivery type: Curbside delivery with scheduled appointment; adult signature required.

  • Inspection: Check the shipment before signing. Note any damage on the carrier paperwork; for severe damage, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

  • Keep all packaging until your issue is resolved. Report concealed damage as soon as discovered (within 48 hours is best).


Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please confirm your shipping address at checkout.

  • If a package is returned as undeliverable, we can reship (additional shipping may apply) or refund less outbound shipping and any carrier return fees.

  • Carrier address correction fees or rerouting charges may be billed to the customer.


Signature Requirements & Security

  • Orders may require a signature on delivery, particularly high-value shipments or first-time orders.

  • We may hold orders for verification to protect customers from fraud.


Special Notes

  • Hazardous/restricted items: Some products can’t ship by air or to certain locations due to carrier or regulatory restrictions.

  • Multiple shipments: We may ship items separately; this won’t affect your order total.
