FEATURES
• Two JHS circuits in one compact vertical enclosure: Morning Glory V4 and NOTAKLÖN

DESCRIPTION
The JHS Wanderer puts the two overdrives JHS loves most — the Morning Glory V4 and the NOTAKLÖN — into one compact vertical enclosure with top-mounted jacks and power. The Morning Glory is Josh Scott's take on the Marshall Bluesbreaker and the best-selling pedal JHS has ever made; the NOTAKLÖN is the company's Klon-inspired circuit, complete with the Shamrock mod that started life as a JHS modification of Bill Finnegan's KTR.
Where the Wanderer breaks from every other two-in-one is routing. Use the far right input and far left output and it behaves like a traditional dual pedal, with a center Order toggle pointing at whichever circuit comes first. Use the four individual I/O jacks instead and the two circuits become completely separate — put a compressor or a fuzz between them, or give each side its own loop on a switcher and save them in presets like two different pedals. They just happen to share a case and a power supply.
Each side also has its own toggle for a second voice. Flipping the Morning Glory Gain toggle brings an entire additional gain stage into the circuit for more gain, a slight volume bump and a fuller sound, with the LED turning red to confirm it. Flipping the NOTAKLÖN +/- toggle engages the Shamrock mod for +4 dB of gain, extra midrange and another stage of hard clipping, while the down position is the original Klon voicing exactly replicated. That's four gain stages from two footswitches.
Both toggles have a Red Remote jack, so any latching amp-style footswitch can flip them from the floor — and if your switcher has amp-control outputs, it can change both from a preset with no Red Remote needed. Morning Glory stock, Morning Glory high gain, NOTAKLÖN stock, NOTAKLÖN with the mod: two rhythm sounds and two lead sounds without touching a knob. Single coils and humbuckers both work, and the inset Bright Cut switch on the Morning Glory side pulls the top end down if your rig is already bright. With Gain fully counterclockwise, the NOTAKLÖN side becomes a clean boost of up to +16 dB.
