I first saw this guitar in 2002 and was blown away by the ease of playability. Being a classical guitarist I alays found it hard to switch from a wide neck classical to a narrow neck steel string. It didn't let me play my flowing finger picking style. This guitar is about as close as you will get to a classical neck on a steel string. It is very plain in its appearance but if you prefer a great sound in comparison to knock out looking guitar, then be happy.Mind you it does look very classy.
What is really impressive is the sound quality from a slim line guitar. I have played some full body Matons and I tell you that the sound really does rival them both in volume and in the all important, tone.
The onboard graphic eq is good but not as good as my fishman prefix plus. Still it is true to the natural sound and therefore makes it relatively easy to re-create the acoustic sound through an amplifier.
I am extremely happy with this guitar.
2004.
