Conn 62HCL Bass Trombone Independent CL2000 Rotors

I just purchased a 62HCL Bass Trombone, and as soon as I played my first note, I loved it. The special valves on the HCL make the horn much freer-blowing and richer below the bass clef staff than the same Conn bass trombone equipped with the standard valves (which I also tried out). There is no real comparison in this regard between the two models of 62H, so the added expense of the HCL model is well worth it! The two independent Christian Lindberg valves are very responsive, and the trigger mechanisms make the valve-switching quick, effortless and transparent. The horn has a rich even sound from bottom to top, with no stuffiness to be found anywhere. The slide is also great, and the three receivers that came with horn gave me some clear choice in shaping the horn that matches my style of playing. In addition to this being a great horn, the service I got from musiciansbuy was outstanding! In my quest for a new bass trombone over the last two months, I had tried to work with two other retailers before finding musiciansbuy online. Its the best trombone ever in the world. Good to pros and high learning students the price its a little expensive but it worth it!!!! You will see the diference about this and your older one. Everyone in the orchest is impressed with this good crafted piece of metal. The color of the sound is awesome and very clear.
