I bought this drumset back in 2001. Although the cymbal and hi-hat cymbals dented, it was good. I've been a drummer for years and this is a great set to buy if you're strapped for cash and want to buy one. To this day, I have this set. I have replaced all the heads, added cymbals, a double bass pedal, and an extra snare. So far, my set has not disappointed me. Like I said before, if you don't have alot of money, get his set. Then, little by little, add things here and there. You won't regret it. I don't. It gets the job done no matter if I'm playing rock, metal, Mexican music, whatever. IT ROCKS!!!!

It's impossible to exaggerate just how BAD these drums are. #13 #10 I shudder that anyone would think they are a real musical instrument. One of my students was asked to play a set owned by a local church and asked me to tune them. Try as I might, even using studio rings, I could not get rid of unpleasant overtones and rings. Much of this was generated by the cheap hardware that buzzed, rattled, and would not lock in place. Avoid at all all costs!! -percussionpro -Tehachapi, CA, 11/17/08 EDS2001:Buy EnForcer Drum Kit Complete EDS2001 DiscontinuedCATEGORY:Drums & Percussion| RATING:

Kit is not that bad for a beginners drum set. We looked at a used Pearl that was still over $600. This set serves its purpose and is a complement to my electronic drum set. I gave this an overall 7 and if you have a child learning to play....this is a good value. -Jon -Maryland, 05/26/08 EDS2001:Buy EnForcer Drum Kit Complete EDS2001 DiscontinuedCATEGORY:Drums & Percussion| RATING:

Its a great beginner set. When I replaced drum heads it actually sounded really good. Maybe somehow I got a better set but mine sounded fantastic compared to the ludwig accent -Waggy -Mass, 05/07/08 EDS2001:Buy EnForcer Drum Kit Complete EDS2001 DiscontinuedCATEGORY:Drums & Percussion| RATING:

I liked this drum set when I replaced the heads. Its a great starter kit. If you want a great drum set save up for something like a ludwig accent otherwise its a good drum set. -Bobbyo -Massachusetts, 03/11/08 EDS2001:Buy EnForcer Drum Kit Complete EDS2001 DiscontinuedCATEGORY:Drums & Percussion| RATING:

This drum set is not worth your money. For 60 dollars more u could have a drum set 10x better. The cymblas suck. In the middle of playing on the high hat the bottom one bends in. The heads are not good at all. They are damaged too easily. Its kind of easy to use. -rich -11/13/07 EDS2001:Buy EnForcer Drum Kit Complete EDS2001 DiscontinuedCATEGORY:Drums & Percussion| RATING:

I would highly recommend anyone wanting to buy this kit spring the extra 100$ or so required to pick up a second hand yamaha pearl kit, or just buy a rydeen. I bought these drums, and although the drums themselves are alright, the hardware and cymbals are absolute trash. You'll have to upgrade almost everything immediately...better to spring the extra cash from the get go and get a kit that will last. I did enjoy just kit but I'm just being honest it doesn't hold up well, especially for beginners who don't necessarily know how to take care of the kit. Buy second hand or Rydeen! - -07/11/07 EDS2001:Buy EnForcer Drum Kit Complete EDS2001 DiscontinuedCATEGORY:Drums & Percussion| RATING:

For what the drumset costs it's not that bad. I still use the Enforcer kit in our band today and it really has proven itself for what it cost. What I did to give it a better sound was to replace the cymbals and heads and tuned the set properly, which is key to making any set have a decent sound. The mounting hardware is kind of cheaply made, but for the money you save on the set, you can buy better hardware. If you are on a budget, this is a good set. -Jason Fore -Port Angeles, WA, 03/07/07 EDS2001:Buy EnForcer Drum Kit Complete EDS2001 DiscontinuedCATEGORY:Drums & Percussion| RATING:

I do not like this drumset one bit. It falls apart and it has horrible sound quality. M band and I hate using this crappy drumset! If I were you I would pay for a drumset thats up to $650.00 and is a brand name and quality you can trust! -Paul -Minnesota, 01/20/07 EDS2001:Buy EnForcer Drum Kit Complete EDS2001 DiscontinuedCATEGORY:Drums & Percussion| RATING:

I got my enforcer drum kit for christmas in 2003 and I thought it sounded ok at first...It was my first drum set...But then I started to become more experienced and older and I realized it was crap...At first I had to replace the heads with new evans heads which made the set sound a little better...than I bought a new pearl double bass pedal because the old one was squeeky when I used it and that also made the drums sound better...than I bought new sabian b8s to replace the crappy cymbals that came with the set...The cymbals were so bad that when I tried to get a tight hi-hat, the top cymbal would bend in and out...You couldnt even play a song without the hi-hats or crash rides bending in and out...then when I was changing the heads the other day to put back on the old ones because i was selling it, I put the bass drum on its side and as I was laying the bass drum on its side, the two toms began to swing back and forth because the lugs werent tight enough (even though I had them as tight as I could get them...finally I just gave up and bought a new Pearl Export Ex which is awesome...The hardware is decent but wobbly -Sean -Elkton, MD, 07/18/06 See More Reviews
