Today however we had 1 key that became sticky and it has disrupted everything. I'm trying to look up repair places so that I can get it fixed. Both my sons take lessons and they practice on this piano every day. I would definitely buy this piano again if I had to. However my opinion might change if it costs me a ton of money to fix the sticky key.

I just wanted an instrument that captured the acoustics of the piano and the mechanics of keyboard action as faithfully as possible. The pf500 is simply excellent. The preset voices are superb, especially Grand Piano 1 and the keyboard feels great. I have not even begun to explore all the features such as the XG voices or recording, etc, etc. because I am having a great time just playing it. My hat's off to Yamaha for creating a truly first class product.
