The Coliseum Mini Series - designed for fixed installation. After years of experience with enclosure design, it was logical for Yorkville to apply its knowledge to create of a range of speaker cabinets that have been specificall y engineered for installation purposes. The knowledge that we gained while developing the TX, élite, Pulse and Performance series enclosures was applied to yield a series of practical yet cost effective enclosures.
The C170 is based on the already popular C110, C120 and C130 which have a complete list of features that make them an extremely good value for fixed installations. The C170, is a compact 100 watt loudspeaker with an 8 inch driver and 1 inch mylar tweeter, and features both dual binding posts and 1/4" connectors for maximum versatility.

The trapezoidal shape makes the C170 ideal for install or array mounting in tight locations. Weather resistant ABS plastic enclosure and mylar components mean the C170 can be used indoors or outdoors, ideal for foyers, patio systems for music and paging systems. Shipped with a rugged proprietary U-bracket for wall or ceiling mounting, they are a very versatile and cost-effective solution where superior sonic quality is required for small installations, or as a repeater or fill cabinet in larger venues. An optional polemount adapter (C170ADAPT) is also available for applications where placing the C170 on a speaker stand is required. The C170 is also available in white as the C170W, for situations where a more discreet speaker is required.

The knowledge that we gained while developing the TX, élite, Pulse and Performance series enclosures was applied to yield a series of practical yet cost effective installation enclosures.
All enclosures and grilles can be easily refinished and many have the option of coming in either a black or white finish. Designed for fixed installation or live use, the Coliseum Mini Series like the C110, C170 and WM5T have a complete list of features that make them an extremely good value. The practicall y configured C110 incorporates a multi-tap 70V transformer for fixed installations while the waterproof C120 is perfect for indoor or outdoor application as a loudspeaker or can be mounted on a microphone stand as a mini monitor. The WM5T in-wall speaker is a clean, high performance solution that is sure to solve space constraint issues. Basic mounting hardware is included with most models.
