This is a beautiful and rock solid piece of hardware. Unfortunately, the U-CTRL feature does not work with Sonar, and a seperate program such as MCmu must be downloaded to map the controls in that mode. After installing MCmu, I was able to map everything to Sonar, except for the potentiometer knobs and the ribbon control. At the same time, there is currently no software that supports the use of the motofaders. The good news is that the future of the VX looks very promising. CME will be releasing the VX Brain application in the future, which among other things allows you to update the controller's firmware. Futhermore, there are people developing software drivers specifically designed to take advantage of the VX's full functionality. All in all, I would say the CME VX is a great product that looks amazing and feels good.
