45 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer you a 45 day return privilege. Help us by inspecting your shipment for damage as soon as you receive it. Please call us right away if there is any damage.We insure all shipments and want to be able to make a claim on your behalf, if necessary. Most items can be returned. Please see "The Fine Print" below. If for any reason you wish to return an item, call us for a return authorization number. Our shipping /receiving staff cannot receive an item without an authorization number. Just call 877-778-7845 toll free from anywhere in the USA and we'll look after it promptly for you!

The Fine Print

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 45 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange. Exchanges only (no refunds) on Live Sound gear, DJ, lighting and karaoke equipment. Items that cannot be returned: microphones, clothing, ear plugs/phones, cassettes, videos, DVD's, soundcards ,software and special ordered items. Any electronic item that has been opened is subject to a minimum restocking charge of 5%. Electronic drums that have been played are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee as they cannot be resold as new. All returned items that were paid with a credit card are subject to minimum 2.5% fee to cover our credit card costs. If you are returning an item(s)simply because you don't like it , or don't want it, you will be responsible for the shipping costs that we incurred sending it to you AND the return shipping costs.All packaging, manuals, warranty card, power supplies, cables, etc. must be included and in new condition. Adjustments will be made for any damages. All returns must be in the original boxes with original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any item returned to us not meeting this requirement. If we do accept the return and it does not meet the packaging requirement,there will be a minimum restocking charge of 25%. Customers must call customer service for a return authorization. What if my order is damaged?

Please open and inspect your order upon receipt. Report any damage to MusiciansBuy customer service right away. This is important since shipping companies will deny a claim if they are not notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also please report any "concealed" damage and/or finish flaws to Musiciansbuy customer service immediately.

My Product isn't working properly

Should a product not be working properly, please call us. We will evaluate the situation. If we can't solve the problem on the phone, we may do one of the following 1) have the item returned to us to be repaired or replaced 2) ask you to take the product to a local repair shop that is authorized to repair the brand of product you purchased. This is the same procedure you would follow if you had purchased it from a local dealer. Please note that authorized repair centers are usually posted on the manufacturers website.
