Much improvement on the ms series. the sound quality is excellent Features are useful and relatively easy to access, but the module really should be far less expensive. ketron generally tend to be expensive.

I bought XD3 about almost a year ago beautifull sounds yes! fast on stage from one song to the other not as fast as MS40. Right now I have sent my XD3 for repairs in NY hoping Iget it back on time for some festivals are coming up! An Active musician

I recently purchased the XD3, and while it is good in some ways, it is not so good in others. My greatest complaint is that on many of the presets you cannot set the tempo lower that 150, 140, beats per minute. For example, there are many old rock roll songs that play around 125 or even slower, but to use the appropriate preset, you you cannot run it slower than 140. The older Ketron Solton products all went as low as 40. You'd think an advanced unit wouldn't be taking steps backward. It should be up to me as to how slow I want a preset to run. The machine is supposedly upgradable, so maybe the company will fix this problem, I hope they will. Maybe if enough people complain, they'll get on it.
