"Hi, My name is Cordell and I am just writing to let you all know how pleased I was with the customer servce provided to me on my recent orders. I was facing a little challenge lately in trying to secure some accessories at the last minute for my church. My task of accomplishing that goal seemed uphill and impossible, however, Rick made the impossible possible and I am really greatful for the help he provided in getting the PV mixer and versamount 70 delivered to me for service on that Sunday. Today i tried to place an order and asked for Rick but he was on a call for a while so Bob excercise a level of professionalism that's paramount and unfounded, he (Bob), took the time out to explain in details for me all the questions I had, he also provided advise where was necessary.
