What happens if my order in not in stock?

What is the default shipping address?
You may have specified more than one shipping address in your account information. The default shipping address is the address to which your order will be shipped unless you select another shipping address for this order.

What is a default credit card?
You may have specified more than one credit card in your account information. The default credit card is the card that will be charged with the value of your order unless you select another credit card to be charged for this order.

Non-USA issued credit cards
We cannot accept credit cards issued from non USA banks except from Canada and Puerto Rico since we are unable to verify billing information.

MAJOR CREDIT CARD:
We accept all major credit cards. Credit card fax orders can be sent to the fax number below. We accept U.S, Canadian and Puerto Rico Credit Cards Only. We cannot accept credit cards issued from non USA banks since we are unable to verify billing information.

Can I change the expiration date of a credit card in my list?
Yes. To update credit card information, click on Account Info. Click on Credit Card Details button in the Account Info page. Select the card from the list and click on Update Credit Card button.

Can I have more than one billing address?
No. You cannot have more than one billing address. But you can change your billing address by editing it.

Can I have more than one shipping address?
Yes. You can specify as many shipping addresses as you want.We only ship to addresses on file with your credit card company to protect customers and our company due to the high amount of fraud with online purchases related to pro audio and musical instruments. With this policy, we can continue to offer our customers lower prices and better value. If your shipping address is not on file with your credit card company, just call the 1-800 number on the back of the card (it only takes a few minutes) and tell them to put the shipping address in the 'notes section' of your customer file. If you ask to add a shipping address, most credit card companies will not let you so please remember the 'notes section'.

Why do I have to select a tax zone with my billing address?
The taxes on your order depend on the tax zone that you belong to. You must select the tax zone that your billing address falls in for this purpose.

How can I add a shipping address to my address list?
To add a shipping address, click on Account Info. The details of your account are displayed. Click on the Add New Shipping Address button to add a new shipping address. If your shipping address is not on file with your credit card company, just call the 1-800 number on the back of the card (it only takes a few minutes) and tell them to put the shipping address in the 'notes section' of your customer file. If you ask to add a shipping address, most credit card companies will not let you so please remember the 'notes section'.

Can I delete an address from my address list?
No. You cannot delete any address but you can change it by editing it.

How do I make changes to an address in my list?
To edit an address, click on Account Info. The details of your account are displayed. Click on the Edit button below the address that has to be changed.

How do I check the status of my order?
Click on the Login button and log in if you haven't already. Then click the link marked Order Tracking. Just log on and choose "Pending Orders" or "Orders" then click the button. (Your order is considered "Pending" until is reviewed and approved by our staff. Once approved it becomes an "Order.") A page of all Orders pertaining to your account will be displayed. Click on a line item for details. The order details are displayed along with the tracking numbers for the shipments made.

How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, you must contact our customer service executive either by mail or through telephone and they will give you further information.

What are the benefits of registration?
As a registered customer, you become entitled to special discount programs and promotional pricing offers. These programs would become available to you not only on orders you place at our web store but also to orders through other channels.

I already have an account with you. Do I need to register myself again on your web store?
No. If you already have an account with us, contact our Customer Service; they will give you your login name and password. You can login and then change your password.

Can I place an order without registering my account?
We understand how valuable your time is, and our registration has been designed to take up not more than a few minutes of your time. Once you have registered with us, you need not give your address and credit card details on future visits to our shop. This will save you the trouble of entering this information on every purchase you make from us.

School Bids and Government CCR

We will in most cases respond to legitimate school or school board bid requests. You may email, mail or fax these bids to us. We will reply in most cases with 10 working days. We will offer substitute models where necessary unless specified otherwise. Please indicate required ship dates, terms of payment etc on the bid. We endeavour to fulfill all awarded bids as quickly as possible. There will be times that manufacturer availability will be uncertain; therefore, we will fulfill any orders as soon as possible in these instances. Open Box & Blemished Items

All items sold are shipped in manufacturer's sealed boxes. In some instances we open boxes to add upgrades, free items, invoices, etc. For certain easily damaged items we may need to add additional packing material. Also, certain items do not come to us individually boxed, and so are not factory-sealed when we send them on to you.

On occasion we repackage products returned by customers within the 30 day Return period and offer extra discounts on the site or by phone. These items carry all applicable manufacturer's warranties and are identified as:

OB, OBX or OBT- an open box item with no blemishes, a full warranty and nothing missing from the original packing unless stated. You can simply see that the box has been opened and the item possibly was played before.

-OB2,OB3,... - denotes that the item has scratches, an item is missing,... and this would be stated in the website description at the top of the page.

The warranty is still good unless otherwise noted. It will usually have a picture of what's wrong. Feel free to call us at 1 877 8778 7842 if you would like a more detailed assessment.

Other than as specifically provided in any separate formal purchase agreement between you and MusiciansBuy, these terms and conditions (this Agreement) apply to all of your online purchases from the website at www.MusiciansBuy.com (the Site) and may NOT be altered, supplemented, or amended by you through the use of any other document(s). Any attempt to alter, supplement, or amend this document or to enter an order for product(s) which is subject to additional or altered terms and conditions will be null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both you and MusiciansBuy.

Acceptance

By purchasing products and/or services from the Site, you agree to be bound by and accept this Agreement. Orders are not binding upon MusiciansBuy until accepted by MusiciansBuy. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. MusiciansBuy will indicate its acceptance of an order by acknowledging your order by shipping the ordered items to you.

Pricing

List Price is the suggested retail selling price of a product provided to us by manufacturers. We may commonly sell products at prices lower than List Price and, for any given product, no sales may have occurred at List Price.

Payment Terms - Orders

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. In addition to credit cards, for phone or mail orders you may pay by US Post Office money orders, Paypal. Personal checks will take two weeks to process. For any personal check mailed to us for payment, please put your driver's license number, state issued from and date of birth on the front of the check. We can only ship to the address on the check and a copy of the customer's drivers license must be included to use this form of payment. Shipping Charges - Taxes and Title

Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on your order form. Most orders received before 3:00 p.m . Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, are shipped the same day! Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays , will be processed the next business day. As a security precaution, initial orders and orders shipping to alternate addresses may be held for extended verification. We reserve the right to make partial shipments, which will not relieve you of your obligation to pay for the remaining deliveries.

If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on the invoice. Currently, the only state for which we must charge sales tax is Florida . If you are shipping an item to any other state, then you will be charged the applicable local sales tax rates.

Limited Warranty

All new products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product.

All shipping charges for returned items are the customer's responsibility (excludes shipping damage or faulty product from manufacturer) ALL packages must be opened and inspected for hidden damage and reported immediately or customer will be responsible for shipping damage not reported at that time.

Exchanges only (no refunds) on Live Sound gear, DJ, lighting and karaoke equipment. Items that cannot be returned: microphones, clothing, ear plugs/phones, cassettes, videos, DVD's, soundcards and software. Hard disk recorders that have been recorded to and electronic drums that have been played and electronic drum sets are subject to a 7% restocking charge as they cannot be sold as new. Customers must have their original invoice. All packaging, manuals, warranty card, power supplies, cables, etc. must be included and in new condition. Adjustments will be made for any damages. All returns must be IN THE ORIGINAL BOXES WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY ITEM RETURNED TO US NOT MEETING THIS REQUIREMENT. IF WE DO ACCEPT THE RETURN AND IT DOES NOT MEET THE PACKAGING REQUIREMENT,THERE WILL BE A MINIMUM RESTOCKING CHARGE OF 25%.
