The buzzing sound has stopped and the piano is playing fine. Please cancel the pick up of the piano. We would also like to commend you, your company and your staff for doing such a wonderful job. April 08: Hi, I just wanted to say thank you to Bob in sales. He was very helpful in terms of explaining whether I'd need a punch in/out pedal or not for my Roland 61 Fantom G. If you hear of any training available on the web or reps visiting Austin to explain all the bells on this new board, I might be interested in attending or watching a demo online. March 08: Hi, My name is Cordell and I am j ust writing to let you all know how please i was with the customer servce provided to me on my recent orders. I was facing a little challenge lately in trying to secure some accessories at the last minute for my church. My task of accomplishing that goal seemed uphill and impossible, however, Rick made the impossible possible and I am really greatful for the help he provided in getting the PV mixer and versamount 70 delivered to me for service on that Sunday. Today i tried to place an order and asked for Rick but he was on a call for a while so Bob excercise a level of professionalism that's paramount and unfounded, he (Bob), took the time out to explain in details for me all the questions I had, he also provided advise where was necessary. I hope these two guys get a chance to read this mail. Thanks Guys and i will definately be shopping at musicians buy again.
Feb. 08: It was nice to receive a courtesy call earlier this week, letting me know that the shipping will be delayed until April on my Roland electronic drums. I knew this, but it was nice to have someone call me with the assurance.
I had a bad experience with Musician's Friend in trying to order a similar Roland set on back order (long story) and decided to give your company a try. I have to say that the personal attention from your rep was appreciated!

Feb. 08: I just bought this amp from Musicians Buy having purchased it from Musicians Friend and had to send it back as being defefective, After 3 attempts to re buy it from Musicians Friend I chose to cancel my order with them, as I already knew the Amp and It's features I graded my replacement amp with out even seeing it. So far my treatment from Musicians Buy has been on the plus side,and believe I will continue buying my supplies from them. As a 65 year Old rocker I want to be treated correctly, Musicians Buy does that.

Nov. 07: Dear Sir or Madame: On late Monday 26 November 2007, I went up to your site looking for an electric piano. I looked at the Korg SP-250 package and what was included in it. I also noticed that there was no shipping charge. I thought that there was some sort of catch at the end but I couldn't find one. So I ordered it. This morning, Thursday 29 November 2007, two men from FedEx delivered it.
When I started to unpack it I noticed that whoever put this package together made sure that the contents would survive any shipping mishaps. This thing could have withstood a bomb blast. After unpacking it I had it put together and it was up and running in no time. What a beautiful instrument.
Now, for the back story. My wife, Jennifer, is a professional pianist and instructor. She owns and operates ....... Studios in ...... MA. I handle the financial end of the business and otherwise just do what she asks me to do(the secret to a successful marriage!). Although our teaching pianos are acoustic baby grands, we have always kept an electric piano in the mix. Recently we retired an old Kurzweil that served us well for many years. Needless to say my wife missed having an electric piano around and asked me if I could get her one for her birthday. That's how I discovered your site. Maybe it was serendipity or karma or whatever, all I know is that I ended up making one of the best business decisions I have ever made by doing business with you folks. Everything that you stated would happen did in fact happen. We got a terrific product that was safely delivered in the shortest amount of time at the fairest price anyone could imagine. I don’t know how your operation runs but whatever you’re doing, just keep doing it.
Just as an aside, ........ Studios is not a “mill”. My wife, Jennifer .......... has been teaching and playing piano professionally for many years. Her colleague, Ann Margaret ...... , is a veteran classical concert pianist and has performed world wide. Our clients tend to stay for a long time.
Not everyone wants or can afford an acoustic piano when they are first starting out. However it is extremely important for a person to learn on an instrument that reproduces the touch and the action of an acoustic piano. A cheap keyboard with less than 88 keys is just not going to cut it. Now we are not dealers, we have no retail sales. If one of our clients wants an acoustic piano, we have people that we refer them to. On the electric end, though, there is no one that we have ever been comfortable with to refer our clients to. Well, I think that our problem may be solved. We’ll give our clients the specs that we feel that they need in an electric piano and then we’ll send them to you.
If you treat our clients the way that you have treated me (which I’m sure you will), then, as Bogart said in Casablanca, “I think this could be the start of a beautiful friendship.” Sincerely, Martin
Oct. 07: I searched the entire USA (literally) and bought my bass from MusiciansBuy. Don't bother looking any farther...THIS is the place! Their staff is knowledgable, their delivery is unbelievably quick, the guitar was packed securely and arrived flawless (complete with all extras) and because I coincidently live a few miles from their warehouse, they called to see if I would rather just come pick it up. I did not get the message right away, and by the time I returned the call, the package was here! Top shelf service!!

Sept. 07: To Whom it May Concern: I bought a Yamaha DT Explorer on August 21 for my son's birthday. I researched the item (as I always do) vigorously, had my son play with one at a store, etc. and then researched the best price. Not only did Musiciansbuy have the best price, but when I wasn't able to order through your website right away, I spoke to someone on the phone who was helpful, knowledgeable and courteous and ended up ordering it that way instead. Then, after purchasing it, I immediately received emails telling me that the packages had been sent and what the tracking numbers were. When I received the set, there was a couple of pieces missing, so I called and was not at all made to feel like I was wrong or an annoyance. The final package was also sent out immediately with no additional charges to me. My son loves his electronic drumset (and so does everyone else, including his grandmother!) and thanks to all of you, I didn't have to forego his college tuition to pay for it! Thank you for your excellent customer service. I was lied to, order placed and they didn't send the order through, things backordered and they told me that they were already shipped, told that an item was in stock, and then it didn't arrive at my residence for up to two months. I have cancelled orders from them, and received the shipment later - only to send it back. Well, that was my reason for ordering from you. June 07: I purchased the DTXREME IIs, and it was my first time purchasing something this expensive and large over the internet. I was impressed with how secure I felt with the process, how well informed I was via looking online at my order status. Customer service even called me to inform me my order would be back ordered and when it would arrive--I was impressed by how timely the shipment was received--it was there a day earlier than promised. I also contact customer service a couple times with questions, and they were helpful and friendly. There hasn't been any problems with any of my multiple items/packages. January 07: I just wanted to thank you guys for such incredible and helpful service. I wanted to buy a ZOOM H4 portable digital recorder for my husband for Christmas but it was on backorder. You were very helpful over the phone in helping me decide whether or not to get something else (even though I didn't know what I was talking about!) and I decided to wait until 1/15/07 for the H4, even though it would not be here in time. January 07: I just wanted to let you know that I received my Seagull S6 left-handed guitar (with case) today and am very pleased with it! The difficulty and frustration I had in finding one was negated by the attention of your sales rep, who seemed to take my problem as his own. I ordered it on December 16th, but because the manufacturer was closed over the holidays, he told me it might be late January before I could get one. I received it on January 2nd! I know he went to a lot of trouble to find a left handed S6 and I really appreciate that. I am just a beginner, but I will always keep you in "My Favorites" for all my future guitar needs.
