Hi Carl, I just wanted to write and let you know how the Yamaha GC41 Classical guitar I purchased from you last November is working out. I couldn’t be happier !! The spruce top on the guitar is starting to really "age" now and it sounds better every day. The bass notes are beautiful and have a pipe organ tone to them. The Honduras rosewood also sounds great and the mid and high notes are very clear and precise. Dear Musiciansbuy, I just wanted drop you guys a line to let you know that my Seagull Maritime SWS SG QI arrived today. Once you guys Fedexed to Ohio it arrived right on schedule. I could not be happier with my experience shopping with you guys. You had the best deal on this guitar (and many others) hands down. Noone was even close to the price you guys gave me. Because the item was not in stock at your store you had to order it directly from Seagull and you told me it would take about 2 weeks. I ordered it on 1/02/2012 and it arrived today 1/20. So it was just a little longer than you initially told me but not by much. Anytime I called to check on the status of the order I was able to talk to a friendly associate who spoke English clearly. All in all I think I spoke with Carl on a couple of occasions, Bob on one occassion and I think Mark was was the other person I spoke with (I can't recall the name with certainty but I think it was Mark). Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The guitar arrived in it's case and it is BEAUTIFUL. It sounds better than I hoped it would. Very, very, very impressed with you guys. I feel it is my obligation to share this customer service story. I found an AWESOME deal in Google-Shopping on a discontinued product in an open box, so I took a chance on a dealer I have never used. I thought "bait-and-switch" when they called me to say they did not have that item, for which I had already paid. But far from it. I told them I was really looking forward to that product at such a great price, and they managed to find a CURRENT model in an open box, and shipped that to me at no extra charge, though it was listed on their site for more. I'll add MusiciansBuy to my list of trusted online stores.

So many new options on the XK3c , so little time. Shopping at MusiciansBuy has truly restored my faith in the retail industry. A Hammond Organ was shipped with a dead pre-set key.(Kudo's to Hammond also for jumping right on my inquiry and working with MB. I had a slight problem when I tried plugging the guitar into an effect I had bought someplace else. It appeared to be the guitar, and as soon as I contacted you, you stepped up and immediately took ownership of my problem.

You contacted Godin on my behalf and made arrangements for me to bring it in to a local service center to me, I am around 300 miles away.

Just a quick THANKS for a perfect telephone transaction. The Casio P-130 keyboard (with stand, pedal board and bench) turned out to be perfect for the Rose Lane assisted living facility at The Village At Filmore Pond. It arrived so quickly that I couldn't get there to set it up for a few days, and the residents were bouncing with anticipation! Your idea of "B" stock is my idea of near mint. Except for a few fingerprints, nothing would suggest that the unit was anything less than New! Assembly was a snap; only bad part was catching all the styrofoam peanuts. The pedal board didn't tighten to my satisfaction but a couple of nylon washers took care of that. Love the pedals! The keyboard's touch is fantastically better than that of my Studiologic 800 controller. Now I'm more anxious than ever to get rid of it. The volume and sound quality is fine for the room and audience. I wasn't expecting a Steinway Grand, and didn't get one, but I'm satisfied with what I hear from the internal sound system. Carl, it's obvious that you know that every sale is an opportunity to gain a loyal customer. Know that my first call for anything musical will be to MusiciansBuy!

Mar. 09: I ordered a Korg Digital Concert Piano (Korg C720) on March 6 th. The piano was shipped via Old Dominion and arrived in Seattle in six days, was transferred to a local delivery service and arrived here on the island a week later. The shipping carton was a mess, opened and punctured in several places, but due to good internal packing the piano itself arrived in good shape. It is now up and operating beautifully. The assembly was a snap even done by one person and on a second floor. The piano is an absolute delight, and I couldn't be more pleased. Every function is intuitive and simple. the touch and sound are magnificent, and it just looks nice in the home. I can not think of a better mid range digital piano for classical music. July 08: Now I'm happy. Thank you for putting up with me freaking out. It turns out that our singer was in Phoenix Thursday. He dropped by the FedEx location and picked up the bass without a hitch. So everything is fine. Last minute, but fine.   It's not as easy to play as I had hoped. I've no problem with that. It's now a living room practice bass until another acoustic gig comes up. Some of the best electric guitarists I've known practice on classical guitars. My stingray will be a cakewalk by comparison. The tone is different from the "naked" Tacoma basses I've played. I'm not sure that's a bad thing. If anything, I'd say the difference the gloss makes is more volume. I played with a guitar and banjo and was plenty loud. It is also more responsive, like an ABJ250 with a laminated back. I don't think it's as warm as the naked Thunderchiefs. That's a small price to pay since it's absolutely gorgeous. Not Overdone like the ABJ25C (in other words, I'm cured of my Breedlove infatuation). It matters not that this is a production bass. I've actually had a Luthier design and build me one. It makes a good decoration at my father's house. Also, I sweat in church at these outside gigs. Without the gloss, I would have ruined the finish on day one. I am officially certain that I've got the best acoustic bass money can buy.

especially with all the great help and follow-up provided by one of your sales reps, Rik. I found him to be extremely polite, very knowledgable and had great patience with my billions of questions via e-mail and over the phone. I have been playing guitar since the mid 60's (ouch) and haved owned over 25 different guitars and 10+ amps. I had a Traynor Custom Reverb _ YN412 bottom purchased new when I lived in NYC in the late 60's from the late Dan Armstrong who had a store in Grenwich Village NYC. Enough background on me, I just wanted to add that I have dealt with many stores and sales people in the past and Rik is one of those indviduals that deserves praise for a job Very Well Done. Rik's advice between this model and the one I thought I was going to buy from your store, the Traynor Blue 50. The Custom 50 was the better one of the two and i am very happy with it. Nov. 07: Dear Sir or Madame:  On late Monday 26 November 2007, I went up to your site looking for an electric piano. I looked at the Korg SP-250 package and what was included in it. I also noticed that there was no shipping charge. I thought that there was some sort of catch at the end but I couldn't find one. So I ordered it. This morning, Thursday 29 November 2007, two men from FedEx delivered it.

When I started to unpack it I noticed that whoever put this package together made sure that the contents would survive any shipping mishaps. This thing could have withstood a bomb blast. After unpacking it I had it put together and it was up and running in no time. What a beautiful instrument.

Now, for the back story. My wife, Jennifer, is a professional pianist and instructor. She owns and operates ....... Studios in ...... MA. I handle the financial end of the business and otherwise just do what she asks me to do(the secret to a successful marriage!). Although our teaching pianos are acoustic baby grands, we have always kept an electric piano in the mix. Recently we retired an old Kurzweil that served us well for many years. Needless to say my wife missed having an electric piano around and asked me if I could get her one for her birthday. That's how I discovered your site. Maybe it was serendipity or karma or whatever, all I know is that I ended up making one of the best business decisions I have ever made by doing business with you folks. Everything that you stated would happen did in fact happen. We got a terrific product that was safely delivered in the shortest amount of time at the fairest price anyone could imagine. I don't know how your operation runs but whatever you're doing, just keep doing it.

Just as an aside, ........ Studios is not a "mill". My wife, Jennifer .......... has been teaching and playing piano professionally for many years. Her colleague, Ann Margaret ...... , is a veteran classical concert pianist and has performed world wide. Our clients tend to stay for a long time.

Not everyone wants or can afford an acoustic piano when they are first starting out. However it is extremely important for a person to learn on an instrument that reproduces the touch and the action of an acoustic piano. A cheap keyboard with less than 88 keys is just not going to cut it. Now we are not dealers, we have no retail sales. If one of our clients wants an acoustic piano, we have people that we refer them to. On the electric end, though, there is no one that we have ever been comfortable with to refer our clients to. Well, I think that our problem may be solved. We'll give our clients the specs that we feel that they need in an electric piano and then we'll send them to you.

If you treat our clients the way that you have treated me (which I'm sure you will), then, as Bogart said in Casablanca, “I think this could be the start of a beautiful friendship.” Sincerely, Martin

Sept. 07:  To Whom it May Concern: I bought a Yamaha DT Explorer on August 21 for my son's birthday. I researched the item (as I always do) vigorously, had my son play with one at a store, etc. and then researched the best price. Not only did Musiciansbuy have the best price, but when I wasn't able to order through your website right away, I spoke to someone on the phone who was helpful, knowledgeable and courteous and ended up ordering it that way instead. Then, after purchasing it, I immediately received emails telling me that the packages had been sent and what the tracking numbers were. I was impressed with how secure I felt with the process, how well informed I was via looking online at my order status.
