Got this for Christmas... great guitar! Plays well, and it looks terrific. If you have not heard the noiceless pickups, you're missing something. Vintage sound without the buzz. I guess I'm suppose to say it doesn't messure up to an American strat, but I've played American strats that do not compare to this one. All in all, I'm very satisfied! Also, I'll give a plug to musiciansbuy... a pleasure to deal with. I had some questions, they had the answers. I'll buy from them again.

Just purchased one of these great guitars from Musicians Buy, maple neck honey blond body. This the fifth strat I have its plays great, great pick ups. This maybe a Mexican Strat let me tell you it plays just as good as my American strats the ash body is a little more solid then the alder. It seems to have a brighter tone to it, very nice the workmanship is flawless after all the parts are made in Corona plant California and assembled in Baja Mexico all and all its a very good guitar if you looking for a strat and don't want to pay a grand or more this is it. I been actively been playing for over 40 years and I know what a good guitar plays like. My experience with MusiciansBuy has been very good, great sales staff, great prices with some extras.
