One of the coolest basses I,ve owned over the last twenty-two yrs. Super bright, ultra deep, easy as heck to play, and that killer Fender vibe about it. I miss my old '77 Jazz, but Marcus takes me back. Aside from a little p/u noise (they are passive after all) this bass has it all. I really dig the bypass switch. What a life saver. The old style Kluson tuners take a bit of getting used to. This bass will do it all, and look good doin' it. Highly recommended!

"Hi Carl, I just wanted to write and let you know how the Yamaha GC41 Classical guitar I purchased from you last November is working out. I couldn’t be happier !! The spruce top on the guitar is starting to really "age" now and it sounds better every day. The bass notes are beautiful and have a pipe organ tone to them. The Honduras rosewood also sounds great and the mid and high notes are very clear and precise.
