Yorkville élite series loudspeaker systems are the result of years of research, pushing the limits of modern state-of-the-art sound reinforcement technology. Since 1986, the élite line has developed from the original M-160, into a complete line of professional enclosures including full-range cabinets, stage monitors and subwoofers.

Standard Features

  • High frequency, high excursion, linear response drivers from world leaders in driver technology such as RCF and B&C.
  • New enclosure designs to accomodate greater driver dynamics. Yorkville has been utilizing trapezoidal designs since the early 1980's.
  • Newly designed high-definition internal passive crossovers with 18dB per octave slopes.
  • Unique protection networks capable of reacting equally to power overloads and input distortion levels.
  • Dual purpose electronic processors designed to enhance bass response or act as active stereo crossovers when bi-amping with subwoofers.
  • Speakon™ connectors and flush mounted steel stand adaptors
  • 3/4" plywood construction with optimized bracing and built-in wheels (EX-1000/2000/SW-900/1000).
  • Black heavy gauge perforated metal speaker grilles
  • Durable black metal hardware
  • Jet-black Ozite™ carpet covering (Black painted Russian Birch option also available on most models).
  • ATM Fly-Ware™ option available on most models.

    The élite™ series has been redesigned to bring you the latest that Yorkville engineering has to offer. New models for a new millennium. Along with the great quality sound that élite™ cabinets are known for, new models feature distinctive curved anti-resonant grilles, inset handles & jackplates, 3/4" plywood construction with internal bracing, passive networks with CTL™ high frequency driver protection, Speakon™ and 1/4" phone jacks, stand adapters and Yorkville’s two year (even if you break it!) transferable warranty*
    * Warranty valid in Canada and USA only.
The élite™ series ranges from the highly efficient two-way E168 (10"/1”) to the 2x15” three-way E2004 with2" HF driver and bullet tweeter. New models include the EF508 (15"/2") and EM378 (12"/2") which offer passive or bi-amp operation and standmounting for the ultimate in flexibility in high-end performance speaker systems. The EF508 also incorporates flyware as standard equipment

Specially designed processors optimize enclosure equalization and perform active crossover duties when used with subwoofers. Passive and powered subwoofers along with painted birch plywood and flyware options make élite™ systems suitable for any professional audio application.
