KC550:Roland KC550 Keyboard Amplifier 180 Watt; Roland Kc 550, KC550, Roland KC550, KC 550CATEGORY:Keyboards|Amplifiers|Roland| RATING:
Best amp I heard hands down. This Keyboard amp sound amazing, and have a clean loud bass sound. Played it with the motif 6, its sound great. These Roland KC amps has the best quality of sound to me. -Magicfingers MICROVERB4:Alesis MICROVERB4CATEGORY:Recording/Studio|Audio Processors|Effects|Alesis| RATING:
I'm Samuel from Crucial Fix and I've used this puppy every day since the day I got it in 2000! I ll admit that I don't use it for it's amazing versatility, I use it for it's simplicity, it's sound and it's reliability. I have the Alesis, the mic and an amp and I'm On. It allows me to be warm, precise and inflective and rough as hell with the same medium hall. I have a show tomorrow and I'm desperate to find the power source!

Wow, what can I say?! Seymour Duncan '59 RP in the neck, Pearly Gates Plus in the bridge. Plug it into a Marshall, get Metal tone. Plug it into a cleaner amp, get rockabilly, excellent cleans, etc. The neck has a nice round fat tone, the bridge a tad bright tone. The switching options are superb, with two just right single coil tones in addition to the 3 humbucker tones. The neck is nice and is sculpted towards the high frets for easy access. The frets are extra jumbo and feel great. The tremolo is already nice as-is, and locking tuners and graphite nut add to tuning stability. One of the few guitars that I only upgraded one or two minor things on to get a perfect axe! For the price, the value is second to none but the Lite Ash Stratocaster! :) -TwinReverb twinreverb@puresimplicity.net TD6X:Roland TD6SXT V-Tour Drum Kit; Roland TD6 SX, TD6SX, TD 6SX, Roland V DrumsCATEGORY:Drums & Percussion|Electronic Drums|Roland| RATING:
This Drumset is one of the best that you will ever play for that cheap of price. Except for rolands higher dollar drums, this is a good choice for anybody. -chris K H4:ZOOM H4 Portable 4 Track Digital Recorder w/2 micCATEGORY:Recording/Studio|Digital Recorders |Workstations- Personal Digital Studio|Zoom| RATING:
The h4 seems to be a nice little unit. Navigating with the Toggle is a bit confusing at first but rather simple after 15 minutes of playing with it. The Cubase editing software sent with my unit, (For Windows XP) will not recognize the H4 when plugged into the USB port rendering my recordings editless. Recordings will play through any of my other play engines such as Real Player, Windows Media Player, Itunes player, etc. When playing your recordings using Itunes, You will need to detach the USB jack before deleting from your Itunes music list or it will also delete the recording from your H4. I have contacted Zoom Technical Support on the software glitch, no answer yet. I've been waiting 4 days now and (email only support) no response. (Not happy with that)The 1 4 inch input jacks on the bottom of the unit work nice with outside mics, including my old style bullet mic. I haven't been able to try out the 4 track layering yet due to the software not working. The record button at the top front of the unit is supposed to work both as a start recording and stop recording switch. Sometimes, when using the AC power adapter, it will not stop recording when pushed to stop, and I have to power the unit down with the off switch. Data is not lost doing this. The plastic holder that comes with the unit works perfect with my camera tripod. You will need to use sound dampening material under the legs though if using the built in stereo mics, especially if the floors are wood. They are so sensitive, they will pick up footstep vibrations when recording in high gain mode.I perchased a 2 Gig SD card to replace the 128 Mg card supplied. Overall, I'm excited about the H4. If I can get the Cubase software issues resolved, I'll be extremely happy with the product. Definitely worth the money. -Snooker PatricMcConnell@verizon.net 0425:LaPatrie Concert Classical GuitarCATEGORY:Guitar & Bass|Classical Guitars|LaPatrie | RATING:
It's a great guitar and the best guitar u can get under 1000 bucks! I paid 370$ can. for my new La Patrie and to say the least, I've played 10,000$ guitars and this one ranks amoung them at the peak of perfection. I play mainly metal (pantera, Metallica, etc...) and love Gibson SG's and classical is faily new to me but I already can see this is a great investment, especially considering I'm only 15! Affordable amazing quality. -TR C1EXOTIC_ABLS:Schecter C1 Exotic Antique Black Stain GuitarCATEGORY:Guitar & Bass|Electric Guitars|Schecter| RATING:
I recenlty purchased a C-1 Exotic an the local guitar center. I do not think that you could get a better guitar for the price. I have played it one a few diferent amps, it sounds good on all of the but my favorite is the marshall that i bought with it. So far it is reliable I mean it stays it tune no matter what you put it through. It has one push pull knob (which controls the tone) and two volume knobs, everything works good the volume knobs work ok but are still good. The neck has a generally good feel which makes it easy to use. -Daniel CDP100:Casio CDP100 Digital Piano w/ StandCATEGORY:Digital Pianos & Organs|Digital pianos|Casio| RATING:
I'm very happy with my CDP100. It's compact and lightweight for an 88-key model. It sounds good, and the hammer action keys give it a very acoustic piano-like action. It has 5 voices (two piano, harpsichord, Rhodes, and very good strings) and is easy to set up and use. As long as what you need is an uncomplicated, portable high quality basic digital piano (as opposed to a full-featured keyboard) I think the CDP100 is the perfect choice for the money. -Irish muse CDVT1:Tascam CDVT1 Guitar TrainerCATEGORY:Live Sound|Audio Processors|Effects|Tascam Effects| RATING:
For slowing down burning solos and somewhat ducking vocals, etc. to hear a track a bit better, this device is totally adequate. There is software out there (Slow Downer, etc.) if you want to fiddle with your computer. This works fine for me. -wghman wghman@comcast.net 29853:SEAGULL S6 Entourage Mini Rustic with bag QICATEGORY:Guitar & Bass|Acoustic guitars|Seagull Guitars|S Series| RATING:
I just brought this guitar home 2 days ago. I actually purchased it as a good 2nd guitar w electronics. My other guitar is (soon to be was) a much higher priced all solid Spruce Mahogany. Once I got this guitar home, I was blown away. I'm not sure if its the laquer finish (ilo. poly), the quality of top tone wood(cedar with the Entourage), or the bracing, but this guitar has better tone, projection, and sustain. The shorter scale, and traditional nut width are perfect for my playing styles, and the fit finish is 2nd to none. Even the tuners are obviously high quality (not so common for many guitar manufacturers). I haven't got the opportunity to try out the Quantum electronics yet, but I can't wait. I am now a bird lover for life. -Sammy |
