Tascam MX2424SE
Same as the MX2424 model with an 18 gig hard drive installed in a Data Express removeable drive system. No internal drive is offered in this system.

• Sound Designer II audio file formats using Mac formatted drive 

• Broadcast WAV audio file formats using PC formatted drive (available Summer 2000) 

• 9.1 gigabyte internal hard drive offers 45 minutes of 24/24/48 or 12/24/96 recording

• Optional IF-AN24 "audiophile quality" 24-ch. analog I/O card

• Optional digital I/O cards offer 24 channels of TDIF, Lightpipe, or AES/EBU I/O 

• Use one 24-ch. analog card and one 24-ch. digital card simultaneously 

• Rear panel Wide SCSI port allows connection of additional drives for extended recording time or backup

• Front panel 5.25" drive bay for adding a second hard drive (for extended recording time or backup), or a DVD-RAM or Travan tape drive (for backup only)
