    What is a default shipping address?
    You may have specified more than one shipping address in your account information. The default shipping address is the address to which your order will be shipped unless you select another shipping address for this order.
      
    What is a default credit card?
    You may have specified more than one credit card in your account information. The default credit card is the card that will be charged with the value of your order unless you select another credit card to be charged for this order.
      
    Can I change the expiration date of a credit card in my list?
    Yes. To update credit card information, click on Account Info. Click on Credit Card Details button in the Account Info page. Select the card from the list and click on Update Credit Card button.
      
    Can I have more than one billing address?
    No. You cannot have more than one billing address. But you can change your billing address by editing it.
      
    Can I have more than one shipping address?
    Yes. You can specify as many shipping addresses as you want.We only ship to addresses on file with your credit card company to protect customers and our company due to the high amount of fraud with online purchases related to pro audio and musical instruments. With this policy, we can continue to offer our customers lower prices and better value. If your shipping address is not on file with your credit card company, just call the 1-800 number on the back of the card (it only takes a few minutes) and tell them to put the shipping address in the 'notes section' of your customer file. If you ask to add a shipping address, most credit card companies will not let you so please remember the 'notes section'.

    Why do I have to select a tax zone with my billing address?
    The taxes on your order depend on the tax zone that you belong to. You must select the tax zone that your billing address falls in for this purpose.
    How can I add a shipping address to my address list?
    To add a shipping address, click on Account Info. The details of your account are displayed. Click on the Add New Shipping Address button to add a new shipping address. If your shipping address is not on file with your credit card company, just call the 1-800 number on the back of the card (it only takes a few minutes) and tell them to put the shipping address in the 'notes section' of your customer file. If you ask to add a shipping address, most credit card companies will not let you so please remember the 'notes section'.
      
    Can I delete an address from my address list?
    No. You cannot delete any address but you can change it by editing it.
      
    How do I make changes to an address in my list?
    To edit an address, click on Account Info. The details of your account are displayed. Click on the Edit button below the address that has to be changed.
      
    How do I check the status of my order?
    Click on the Login button and log in if you haven't already. Then click the link marked Order Tracking.  Just log on and choose "Pending Orders" or "Orders" then click the button. (Your order is considered "Pending" until is reviewed and approved by our staff. Once approved it becomes an "Order.") A page of all  Orders pertaining to your account will be displayed. Click on a line item for details. The order details are displayed along with the tracking numbers for the shipments made.
     
    How do I cancel an order?
    To cancel an order, you must contact our customer service executive either by mail or through telephone and they will give you further information.

    What are the benefits of registration?
    As a registered customer, you become entitled to special discount programs and promotional pricing offers. These programs would become available to you not only on orders you place at our web store but also to orders through other channels.
     
     I already have an account with you. Do I need to register myself again on your web store?
    No. If you already have an account with us, contact our Customer Service; they will give you your login name and password. You can login and then change your password.
     
    Can I place an order without registering my account?

    We understand how valuable your time is and our registration has been designed to take up not more than a few minutes of your time. Once you have registered with us, you need not give your address and credit card details on future visits to our shop. This will save you the trouble of entering this information on every purchase you make from us.

    ANNOUNCEMENT
    As of October 20, 2006, customers have the option of using GOOGLE CHECKOUT to complete their Musicians Buy purchases. In this case it is NOT necessary to register at MusiciansBuy.com and we will not be handling your financial information. Instead, Google will take that information and forward to us only what we need to fill your order, (basically just what to send and where to send it). To use Google Checkout, simply choose the Google Checkout button from your MusiciansBuy shopping cart.

    What should I do if I forget my password?
    If you forget your password, click on the Forgot Password link in the Account login page. Your password will be mailed to the e-mail address that you have given as part of your account information.
     
    How do I change  my password?
    Log in with your current password and click "Manage My Account."  One of the options there is "Change My Password."
