Roland KSV7 Keyboard Stand

I recently purchased the roland KSV7 Keyboard stand and I'm completely happy with it.it is built like a sherman tank(legs are solid steel) but very lite because of the aluminum flat posts.for setup and breakdown its a breeze and it folds up quickly and nicely.when folded up its flat and about 2 feet long.I'm currently using the new roland rd700 88 key stage piano on this stand.when the stand is setup its 27 to the outside of the poles.I was very leary when I first saw this stand but once I got it and set it up I was really surprised at how well constructed and how nice all the joints and mechanisms work.there is no screwing this stand together. to adjust the height its a matter of pulling a spring loaded pull pin to adjust the flat poles up and down.if your on the road just get a small nap sack or gym bag to carry it around.it looks fantastic too. A+

I bought this stand along with my new RD700SX, and I think it weighs as much as the keyboard (The stand alone weighs 1 stone 5Kgs!) Setup of the stand takes around 2 minutes, and trust me, with a keyboard on top, this thing is as sturdy as hell. I tried rocking my RD on top and it didnt budge. Both of the V Struts have plastic cable wraps for power, and jack xlr cables, which means less clutter. You can also raise or lower the V struts which have 7 numbered notches for you to choose from. It is also a great stand because you are able to use pedals with ease. If positioned so they back on to the KSV7's legs, they stay there, rather than you having to play cat and mouse with them, which I've had to do so many times before! Get this stand! 150 sounds a lot, but it's definately worth it
