We realize that from time to time you may purchase something that you are not satisfied with.

Defective Products & Repairs
In rare cases it's possible that a product could have a manufacturing defect. Every new product we sell has a manufacturer's warranty and we will take care of repairs to defective products on your behalf. Restrictions may apply due to the manufacturer's warranty policies, so please consult a sales specialist for additional information. To contact a sales specialist, use our toll-free number at 877-778-7845 and we will assist you with your claim. You may also visit our local store location and an associate can assist you with your claim.
If your merchandise is defective within 30 days of receipt, call our help line to return your merchandise for a full refund or exchange. In some cases, a shipping concession may be provided, but please contact us to check to see if your return qualifies for a shipping concession.
In all cases, you must have your order number, invoice number or original receipt, so please save your order information and receipt. We do keep the records on file, but it is good practice to save your original receipt or order number.
Repairs (Warranty and Non-Warranty)
If a repair needs to be made on a product that was purchased from us, we will gladly take care of this service for you. Please contact our sales department at 1-877-778-7845. In most cases, we will refer you to the manufacturer or local service center for repair.
Items exempt from our return policy
Due to certain restrictions, there are specific items that cannot be returned.
The following items are returnable only if defective OR unopened/unused: strings, reeds, software/soundware, tubes, earbuds, earplugs, recorders, tin whistles, flutophones, "world" wind instruments, harmonicas, raw-frame speakers, drumheads, drumsticks, turntable cartridges, DVDs, videos, cleaners, polishes, and polishing cloths. DVDs and videos may be returned for credit only if they are in their original, sealed packaging. If defective, these items will only be exchanged for the same product.
