What is the default shipping address?
You may have specified more than one shipping address in your account information. The default shipping address is the address to which your order will be shipped unless you select another shipping address for this order.


What is a default credit card?
You may have specified more than one credit card in your account information. The default credit card is the card that will be charged with the value of your order unless you select another credit card to be charged for this order.

Non-USA issued credit cards
We cannot accept credit cards issued from non USA banks except from Canada and Puerto Rico since we are unable to verify billing information

Can I change the expiration date of a credit card in my list?
Yes. To update credit card information, click on Account Info. Click on Credit Card Details button in the Account Info page. Select the card from the list and click on Update Credit Card button.

Can I have more than one billing address?
No. You cannot have more than one billing address. But you can change your billing address by editing it.

Can I have more than one shipping address?
Yes. You can specify as many shipping addresses as you want.We only ship to addresses on file with your credit card company to protect customers and our company due to the high amount of fraud with online purchases related to pro audio and musical instruments. With this policy, we can continue to offer our customers lower prices and better value. If your shipping address is not on file with your credit card company, just call the 1-800 number on the back of the card (it only takes a few minutes) and tell them to put the shipping address in the 'notes section' of your customer file. If you ask to add a shipping address, most credit card companies will not let you so please remember the 'notes section'.

Why do I have to select a tax zone with my billing address?
The taxes on your order depend on the tax zone that you belong to. You must select the tax zone that your billing address falls in for this purpose.

How can I add a shipping address to my address list?
To add a shipping address, click on Account Info. The details of your account are displayed. Click on the Add New Shipping Address button to add a new shipping address. If your shipping address is not on file with your credit card company, just call the 1-800 number on the back of the card (it only takes a few minutes) and tell them to put the shipping address in the 'notes section' of your customer file. If you ask to add a shipping address, most credit card companies will not let you so please remember the 'notes section'.

Can I delete an address from my address list?
No. You cannot delete any address but you can change it by editing it.

How do I make changes to an address in my list?
To edit an address, click on Account Info. The details of your account are displayed. Click on the Edit button below the address that has to be changed.

How do I check the status of my order?
Click on the Login button and log in if you haven't already. Then click the link marked Order Tracking. Just log on and choose "Pending Orders" or "Orders" then click the button. (Your order is considered "Pending" until is reviewed and approved by our staff. Once approved it becomes an "Order.") A page of all Orders pertaining to your account will be displayed. Click on a line item for details. The order details are displayed along with the tracking numbers for the shipments made.

How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, you must contact our customer service executive either by mail or through telephone and they will give you further information.

What are the benefits of registration?
As a registered customer, you become entitled to special discount programs and promotional pricing offers. These programs would become available to you not only on orders you place at our web store but also to orders through other channels.

I already have an account with you. Do I need to register myself again on your web store?
No. If you already have an account with us, contact our Customer Service; they will give you your login name and password. You can login and then change your password.

Can I place an order without registering my account?

Open Box & Blemished Items

All items sold are shipped in manufacturer's sealed boxes. In some instances we open boxes to add upgrades, free items, invoices, etc. For certain easily damaged items we may need to add additional packing material. Also, certain items do not come to us individually boxed, and so are not factory-sealed when we send them on to you.

On occasion we repackage products returned by customers within the 30 day Return period and offer extra discounts on the site or by phone. These items carry all applicable manufacturer's warranties and are identified as:

OB, OBX or OBT- an open box item with no blemishes, a full warranty and nothing missing from the original packing unless stated. You can simply see that the box has been opened and the item possibly was played before.

-OB2,OB3,... - denotes that the item has scratches, an item is missing,... and this would be stated in the website description at the top of the page.
