The AURA models feature an onboard version of Fishman's exciting new AURA™ Acoustic Imaging Blender which harnesses the power of Fishman's proprietary Acoustic Sound Imaging technology. Working directly with Fishman engineers to create Acoustic Sound Images that are custom-recorded for these specific products. The images were created by recording the specific model guitar with high-end microphones at precise locations. The user can mix their selected Acoustic Sound Image with the Acoustic Matrix (Gold plus) pickup signal for unequalled natural acoustic tone reproduction in its most mobile format. The onboard Aura also includes digital and fully programmable equalization, feedback control, and a chromatic tuner. The onboard Aura's blend function allows the user to not only set the optimum blend of the direct pickup signal with any of the six Aura images, but also allows individual tone adjustment of each image, independent of the pickup signal.
