to our massive Digital 8•Bus R&D effort, we've developed sophisticated 32-bit
digital effects that rival any outboard processor.
EMAC(TM) effects sound
clean and realistic – especially compared to the crude, jangling
16-bit effects on most of the other "effects" mixers.
No wonder EMAC effects sound so natural.
We started with proprietary reverb, delay and modulation algorithms that previously
have only been available on expensive, name brand outboard studio gear. Then
we added 32-bit internal processing just like on our Digital 8•Bus.
EMAC stands for Extended Multiplication and Accumulation.
In non-geek terms that means no loss of internal precision during audio processing.
