Although I've had ill luck in the past with mail orders from other companies, MusiciansBuy.com had the best price and all the extras included as well, and I couldn't find this guitar locally for anywhere near the price along with all those extras offered here. So despite being apprehensive I ordered from this company. The service was outstanding the salesman knowledgeable and courteous great communication and the order was shipped much faster than expected. March 06: I am currently in the studio recording my first CD, A Beautiful Day. I was using my Seagull Artist Series Mosaic for studio recording, and gigs. So I decided to get one of these to use at my gigs. What a shock...this guitar sounds better than my Artist Series! The tone and warmth, the way the notes ring and resonate is just unreal. The sustain is incredible. You will never find another guitar priced the way these guys price, sound so good for the money. The staff is very helpful and will do anything they can to make sure the guitar is the one you are looking for. I won't shop anywhere else. The guitar, service, and shipping is the best you'll find on line. So stop looking and buy one of these Seagull models. You'll be glad you did!

I recently purchased a Roland TD20 Electronic drum "brain" from you guys at a great price. I was blown away by how much cheaper it was to purchase it from you as opposed to buying from someone or somewhere else. Nice job on the price. Shipping was fast considering it was free. I figured it could be at least a week to receive it. I purchased on a Friday and received the unit on that very next Tuesday. Again I was blown away. The second time, she called back and said you had one in-house and would check to see if there was anyone ahead of me and call me back. Dec. 04 Mark: I wanted to let you know that your employee, Bob, is a prince of a guy. I called in asking about an Olympia ob3ce a couple of days ago, and Bob personally made sure that I got everything that I wanted. He matched a couple of other prices for me in order to keep me happy, etc., etc. I felt that he was both professional AND friendly, something that isn't often accomplished by people (particularly over the phone). Unfortunately, Bob called the following day to tell me that the bass I had ordered had a large flaw in the bridge, and so I was unable to purchase it at the time that he and I spoke. Nonetheless, he assured me that he would get in touch with me when a new shipment of basses came in, and that he would keep my order active. I really did my research on the Hart Prodigy electronic drum set. Your price and the price at Musicians Friend were identical except for shipping. For some reason, Musicians Friend wanted to charge an additional $20 for the same shipping service that you offered. And if that weren't enough reason to go with your plan, you also included a free bass drum foot pedal. When the packages arrived, I was amazed that you had also enclosed a nice set of headphones -- free of charge.
Excellent price, service and extras -- why go anywhere else?
Jordan: Finally got my SWR Mo' Bass! I've been wanting one of these since they were
announced! It came UPS this afternoon right as I was about to leave for
work (as ALWAYS).
I only got to mess with it for about 10 minutes, but I'm really excited
about it! The effects sound great and are very dynamically sensitive.

I had been searching for months for the best deal on this amp. Musicians
Buy had everyone beat hands down with their "lowest price guaranteed" thing.
You have to put your email in for a quote and it sends it to you. It was
MUCH cheaper than Musicians Friend or Mars Music!
Musicians Buy was having a hard time keeping these in stock. I sent them
enough emails asking them if the shipment had come in yet. When I finally
called to buy one they said there was only one in stock and it was already
sold. It turns out it was already sold to *me* because of all the emails I
had written to the guy. I was impressed that they held it for me like that
(without a credit card even)! The guys were all super cool and talked about
their gear with me... they told me how much I was gonna love this amp and
how one of the guys there uses one, etc etc.. it felt more like a private
gear trade among fellow enthusiasts.
Here's the final kicker: They have a deal going on where any item over $300
is free shipping (unless it's oversize or overweight). Not only did I get
the lowest price on this amp, but they shipped it free.. and they shipped it
ASAP, 2 day! I don't know if that's standard or just because they knew how
excited I was and are cool guys! I was fully expecting my amp to show up
around 2-3 weeks, and it came 2 1/2 days later!!
In a world where you expect everything to go wrong, when everything goes
better than OK, THAT'S people working against life's crappy defaults!Anyways, I know sometimes it's scary ordering from a lesser known online

Wanda: During this hectic time of year everyone is in a hurry and stressed out. Therefore, I feel exceptionally lucky to have received excellent service today when I called the 877-778-7845 number.
You see, we ordered a keyboard several weeks ago from another company. The keyboard has not arrived and we cannot get help from the customer service department either on-line or by phone. When you call the phone number, the message informs you all reps are busy and proceeds to hang up on you.
Of course, we decided at this point to order from another company, but the biggest fear is not receiving the keyboard before Christmas. After several attempts with your competitors and receiving quotes of anywhere from $70 - $110 in addition to price of keyboard to possibly have delivery before Christmas and dealing with somewhat rude reps I ran across your website. Carl: I run a business that involves sales, and I am always shocked when a customer calls in to report good customer service. Why should I be shocked? Well, most people are too busy to report the good experiences they have with our employees, we only hear of the bad experiences. And that is why I am taking the time to send you this e-mail. My first experience with your company took place this year in December, the week before Christmas. I had been researching the best deal on a Fender Strat and Fender amp. I found your store to be the best deal on price, free shipping, and the best offer of free goods. I had no idea I that the most important part of the deal would involve your customer service level. Although I am a demanding customer, as most of mine are too, I am a realist. I realize that a lot is to be expected for me to receive my order just a few days before Christmas, the busiest week of the year for shipping goods. After all, you are at the mercy of UPS, just as I am. Well my guitar came in 2 days; cool, but no amp. So I waited a couple of days, guessing UPS might find package 2 of 2; no such luck. I called your customer service number and spoke with Tango. Wow, I didn't have to go through the oral dissertation on how, when, and why I decided on that certain product, Tango simply asked me for my name and took it from there, not my normal interaction with the retail trade. Long story short, Tango sent me another amp because UPS lost mine and he said, "if they find it and deliver it to you, I will make arrangements to pick the other amp up". Again, WOW!
I am sure, being familiar with retail sales, Tango is not the highest paid employee at your business. But I do know that all of my future purchases , and referrals will be with your company. Please make sure that someone thanks Tango for his extra ordinary customer service, in a retail time of, "that's not my problem".

couldn't match their price on the drums so I bought those from them. What a
fiasco though... I got one of four boxes shipped to me and got nothing but the
run around from them and delay, delay, delay to resolve the issue. Nobody was
competent enough to figure out what had happened and correct the problem. I
finally ended up contacting the "corporate office" which resulted in an
immediate correction and a lot of hind kissing. I think I officially graduated
from "hoop jumping" training.

the way), promised to ship that day or the next business day and did exactly
