Shipping Information

We normally ship Fedex. It may be necessary to ship some large /oversized/heavy items by freight. UPS is available on request.

FULLY INSURED:

All shipments are fully insured. Please contact Customer Service at custserv@musiciansbuy.com immediately should you have any problems when you receive your order.

FASTER SHIPPING SERVICE:

Please call or email us for a quote on the cost of expedited shipping. We do deduct ground shipping from the shipping cost if it would be free. Next Day Shipments- MINIMUM charge $75, Second Day Shipments- MINIMUM $40

TRACKING NUMBERS:

Customers are sent a tracking number through FedEx on the day the order ships for tracking purposes except for direct shipments from the manufacturer. We provide an easy to use tracking system that interfaces with FedEx's site so that you can easily track your order. Customer orders that must be shipped via a freight company will receive bill of lading tracking numbers as they become available. It normally takes 1 to 2 days following the shipment date to get these numbers.

Outside the state of Florida, please allow 2 to 6 working days for delivery Generally for the: Southeast and up to New York- allow 2 to 3 working days Midwest and New England- allow 4 working days Rocky Mountains and Maine- allow 5 working days The West Coast- allow 6 working days PLEASE NOTE: Some orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may take 6 working days to any state. Typically add an extra day for processing time if the order is shipping to an alternate address.

CUSTOMER SHIPPING ADDRESSES:

In order to protect you from online fraud, your "ship to" address must be verifiable by your credit card company. If your "ship to" address is not on file with your credit card company, just call the 1-800 number on the back of your card (it only takes a few minutes), and tell them to add the "ship to" address to the NOTES SECTION of your customer file.

CUSTOMERS IN NEW YORK CITY:

We regret that customers in the greater New York City area will be assessed an extra $100 shipping charge for FREIGHT SHIPMENTS ONLY. Regular UPS and FEDEX shipments are not affected. The extra charge is due to surcharges that freight shippers are charging us for delivery in this area.

CUSTOMERS IN ALASKA AND HAWAII:

Please email us or call us for shipping rates via 2-day FedEX. Free shipping offers are only for the 48 contiguous states, however, we do deduct regular ground shipping cost from the faster service required for Alaska and Hawaii (if the product qualifies for free shipping). We do not ship most oversized / overweight (over 60lbs) and open box items to Alaska and Hawaii.

APO/FPO ADDRESSES:

Please call or email for shipping cost which is higher than for the Continental U.S.
Please note that the weight limit is 50lbs and cannot be over 130 inches combined length and girth (length+width+height). Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks shipping time for US Parcel Post deliveries. All shipments are insured ONLY TO the USA APO address. Once the APO receiver has accepted the shipment, Musiciansbuy.com is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of any item.

SHIPPING SURCHARGES:

Apply to most US Postal orders and over-weight and/or oversized items. If you see the truck icon, a flat total shipping charge will be applied to your purchase regardless of the amount of your total purchase as it is an overweight and/or an oversized item and does not qualify for 100% free shipping. Due to shipping company surcharges for some very remote locations, customers may be charged for additional shipping charges for overweight and/or oversized items. Customers will be contacted in advance of shipment when this happens. Due to surcharges form trucking lines for 'no show' appointments when they attempt delivery, we have to charge you $50 if you do not keep your appointment. Please be there to receive at the time you have scheduled to avoid this unnecessary charge.

RURAL AREAS:

There may be additional charges for shipping to rural and/or remote areas. We do our best to avoid these extras costs. However, if this is the case, we will notify you. We will not bill you extra unless we have your consent and approval.

SHIPPING DAMAGE:

If your shipment arrives damaged or not in 100% working order, we will take care of it for you. Contact custserv@musiciansbuy.com by email or call us and ask for customer service.

(Your order is considered "Pending" until is reviewed and approved by our staff. Once approved it becomes an "Order.") A page of all Orders pertaining to your account will be displayed. Click on a line item for details. The order details are displayed along with the tracking numbers for the shipments made. To track the shipment, you must go to the web site of the shipping carrier.

We ship FedEx regular ground (unless otherwise specified). Items that must be shipped BY TRUCK due to their physical size are excluded from this offer. Orders for in-stock items placed by 3:00 PM Eastern Time are shipped by the next business day. Outside the State of Florida allow 3 to 6 working days for delivery.

Some items are just too big or heavy to be shipped free. However, most of the time we subsidize these items to keep your costs down. Overweight and oversized items that are NOT free shipping include and are not limited to: Select power amps, powered and large mixers, PA systems, guitar amps, large keyboards and pianos, speaker cabinets and monitors, electronic and acoustic drumsets, guitars and basses under $350 and sound barrier products.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

We only ship to verifiable addresses on file with your credit card company. If your shipping address is not on file with your credit card company, just call the 1-800 number on the back of the card (it only takes a few minutes); and tell them to put the shipping address in the 'notes section' of your customer file.

MusiciansBuy.com does not collect or calculate tariffs, duties and/or VAT which may be charged to customers outside of the United States. If you live outside of the United States and wish to know what amounts you will be charged in the way of tariffs, duties, and/or VAT, we recommend that you contact your local authorities to ask for this information.
