The NTK employs a large 1” capsule gold-plated membrane, with hand-selected twin triode valves. The result is an ultra-wide dynamic range, very low noise, and a stunning tube warmth which prompted the editors of Electronic Musician magazine to proclaim this the best tube microphone in its class.
