I use the NT-1000 as my primary studio mic. The violins shine and the guitars and mandolins sparkle with this mic. The NT-1000 makes vocals take on a pro-studio quality also. There is absolutely no noise from this mic. It is incredible! I have not yet exposed it to different environments so I don't know how or if it reacts to humidity and temperature changes. Time will tell. A great mic, especially at this low price!
