HOLTON T161 Details

Innovative design distinguishes these C models. Model T161 features a rich sound that is responsive, well centered and focused. Its two-piece third slide is tunable to low F and facilitates easy water removal. The unique model T162 has a full-length mouthpipe and bell, giving it the character and richness of tone of the finest Bb trumpets. This affords the player the ability to fill the concert hall while effortlessly blending with other instruments. Both models are ideal for the symphonic player.

Slides: Nickel-silver outside slides and brass inside slides, U-pull on 1st slide assembly and adjustable two- piece assembly with adjustable stop-nut on 3rd slide Waterkey: Tuning slide
Finish: Clear baked epoxy lacquer
Mouthpiece: 7C
Options: Model T161 available with silver plating as model T161S
