HOLTON H277 Details

The F357 Arturo Sandoval fluegelhorn features a unique solid copper bell and branch that delivers an extremely rich and velvety dark sound. Its sound carries extraordinarily well during even the most pianissimo legato phrases. Designed for flexibility and note-bending and for handling extreme dynamics from pianissimo to fortissimo.

Bell: 6½" diameter, solid copper with wire-reinforced rim
Mouthpipe: Brass, tunable
Pistons: Hand-lapped Monel material with stainless
steel springs and silent one-point non-metal

Slides: Hand-lapped inside/outside brass slides; 3rd slide trigger with 7/8" throw
Waterkey: Amado-style on 1st and 3rd slides and main branch
Finish: Clear baked epoxy lacquer
Mouthpiece: Genuine Holton 6
Case: Deluxe wood shell double case with room for both a fluegelhorn and a Bb trumpet. Features music compartment, dual handles and brass hardware.
