Yorkville XC410 Bass Guitar Cabinet 4x10 DISCONTINUED 7/07 SEE TC410

I bought this cabinet with the hopes of getting more punch to go along with my 15" inclosure,what happenend was beond what i would have ever expected.After over 30 year's of playing music on stage to small and large crowd's alike,i found out a secret from another veteren bass player.He told me that if you want punch like you would feel if someone hit you in youre chest go with the 4-10 cabinet,reason being 10" speakers not only move faster but that with a simple mathmatic equation its all about air displacement.Thus 4X10 cabinet moves 40 radial inches of air fast being all 10" speakers.A 1-15"will not move as fast thus will not give as much PUNCH but will carry the low end with more of a rumble.And of course if want to rumble but sometimes not even have sound distinction go with a 18" or 21" sub but this will be felt not realy heard,and will get very costly because you will have to tri-amp.I have had tremendus expieriance with yorkville sound equipment and will go with nothing else.And that speaks with a voice of 30+ year's behind it.Good luck to all.A session player from ohio!.
