(*Warranty valid in U.S. and Canada only.) Enter the YCV80 Series!!The 2 x 12” Traynor Custom Valve 80 and the 4 x 10” Custom Valve 80Q (that’s “Q” for Quad) pack a one-two knockout punch in the heavyweight division of all-tube combo guitar amplifiers. Designed from the ground up, these amplifiers come with cool new features from clean “acoustic-like” sounds to the heaviest “scooped” lead tone you would expect from one of those outrageously expensive “boutique” amps. Other features include DynaSound speaker emulation for direct line output along with parallel and series effects loops. Simple, Versatile, Great Tone Designed by musicians for musicians, Traynor Custom Valve 80 amplifiers are built for versatility but are simple to operate. It’s always easy to get a great tone from clean to crunch to overdrive! Here’s the Scoop New features include two new tone-shaping controls that give you unprecedented tonal variety for any vintage tube tone imaginable. A ‘Scoop’ switch on the lead channel adds body for much heavier, crunchier leads while the ‘Expander’ switch on the clean amazing new rhythm sounds often simulating an acoustic-like tone from an electric guitar… Dyna-My-Amp Traynor’s new DynaSound direct output makes the amp sound much more like a mic’d cabinet for recording. DynaSound speaker simulation is on both the XLR direct line output and the stereo headphone output for a more authentic headphone tone. A speaker defeat switch is provided for silent practice or silent direct recording. Loop D’ Loop A parallel effects loop with separate input and output trim pots for better overall effects control, and a series effect loop (or loop through) between the tube pre-amp and the tube power stage, give the performer more flexibility over the signal path than found on other amplifiers. Ok, Bigger isn't always Better... What if I need the pure tube tone, not the ear-splitting volume? Enter the Full Featured Custom Valve 20 Traynor Custom Valve 20 answers the need for guitar players looking for superior sounding all-tube tone in a smaller, yet still feature loaded, lower powered, more manageable amplifier package. The Traynor Custom Valve 20 is perfect for the studio or for any gig where 15 tube watts is more than enough power, but full functionality is required. Unlike competitive amplifiers in this class, the YCV20 offers the discriminating player two discrete footswitchable channels with true independent gain and volume controls on each. A master three band parametric EQ, effects loop (line output) as well as an internal spring reverb are all standard equipment. Additional controls include bright switch on the clean channel and boost switch on the lead channel.
