This is a great sounding amp with body to it. I play Fender instruments and amps (Stratocasters, Telecaster, and Twin, Deluxe Reverb, and 2-12 Hot Rod Deville), and the Traynor does very well in comparison. It's got 4-10s (Celestions) which provide a richness to the tone and big Accutronics spring reverb. Separate Drive and Rhythm channels provide a range of good tonal characteristics with boots and expander tweaks, plus each channel has its own volume, bass, middle, and treble knobs. Shared Master Volume knob. Made by Yorkville Sound in Toronto, this amp is good value, sound, and workmanship per price point. I would recommend it for single coil players in particular. Big fat 80 watts is LOUD if you need it, and increaseing volume changes sound as well, so you're able to paint various sounds from its musical palette. Would recommend it.

Dynamite amp! Very versatile with lots of bells and whistles to give you a wide variety of sounds. Great distortion possibilities, and the finest clean sounds I've ever heard. Highly recommended, especially at this price.
