Absolutely delighted with customer service. My new D-15 arrived earlier than promised. The sound of this solid wood guitar is awesome. I am truly pleased. The price, of course is terrific for a genuine Martin guitar. My only disappointment is the action. It is higher than other Martins and Taylors that I have played. I am still wrestling with returning it before my 45 day return period expires....but the sound has me hesitating.

I bought this guitar after playing everything my local shop had (about fifty acoustics). I went in for the HD28, left with this. Added ivory nut, saddle (one that also lowered the action some), bridge pins, and have an incredibly player-friendly instrument with a sound that cannot be beat, even against the $14000 DC Golden Era, for a fraction of the cost, even after buying the pieces and having them installed. It stays in tune like nothing else I ever played, as well. It's a Martin, solid wood, beautifully constructed, gorgeous, and just sounds better and better as time passes. For the money, you will not beat this guitar.
