Excellent quality for this price. I was planning on purchasing the Yamaha YPG635 for my kids, since they are beginner, no need for extra features. This value is an A+. It sounds good, and the hammer action keys give it a very acoustic piano-like action. I'm very happy with my CDP100. It's compact and lightweight for an 88-key model. It sounds good, and the hammer action keys give it a very acoustic piano-like action. It has 5 voices (two piano, harpsichord, Rhodes, and very good strings) and is easy to set up and use. As long as what you need is an uncomplicated, portable high quality basic digital piano (as opposed to a full-featured keyboard) I think the CDP100 is the perfect choice for the money.
