The FBQ system utilizes the LEDs in the frequency band faders to indicate the frequencies with the highest energy levels, therefore replacing a separate audio analyzer.
And this is how it works: when you press the FBQ switch, critical frequencies that evoke feedback are indicated with lighted fader LEDs. All other LEDs are toned down. Simply lower the respective frequency range somewhat until you eliminate the feedback and the LED no longer lights up. So you get complete control over feedback with virtually no impact on the sound of the program material.
