Ultra-reliable, low-noise and highheadroom toroidal power transformer from the world’s most acclaimed manufacturer TOROID®. You’ll find this brand in the world’s best and most expensive power amps. The shielded power transformer with a toroidal core is extremely quiet and much more musical than a switchmode power supply. It also has an incredible power reserve to assure that your amp delivers full and tight bass no matter how much you crank it up. By reducing the infrasonic portion of the signal, bass reproduction is optimized and the amplifier can deliver all of its power to the musical portion of the frequency range. The filter is selectable for 30 Hz or 50 Hz cut-off frequencies— so you can decide what sounds best.

Double-sided PCBs that give you double the reliablity Super-effective cooling system
In cheap amps you’ll find singlesided phenolic paper print circuit boards (PCBs) that not only break easily but also lack reliability, since the components are only soldered on one side. The solder joints easily break. Our double-sided fiberglass PCBs are made to military specs and provide ultra-reliable performance since all components are held by two solder joints. Years of trouble-free operation— regardless how much you use and abuse your amp. We’ve gone beyond deploying mere heat sinks—our road-proven “ back-to-front” ventilation system with an automatic speed-regulated fan guarantees uniform operating conditions. This assures reliable operation and a clean signal— regardless of the stress your amp is under. The bottom line: running a EUROPOWER amp with a 2-channel/2-Ohm load or a 4-Ohm load in mono-bridged mode for prolonged periods is no sweat.
A limiter that protects your sound Comprehensive connectivity for the real world
Excessive input levels, even very brief peaks, can produce noticeable output distortion. To prevent this, each channel is equipped with a switchable limiter. The limiter automaticall
y detects when a signal is about to clip and then reduces the gain to prevent distortion. It is fast and it only operates when gain reduction is needed—to preserve the dynamic characteristic of the input signal. Two types of balanced inputs (XLR and 1/4" TRS) and two types of outputs (professional SPEAKON® connectors and “touch-proof” binding posts) assure that your amp will keep up with your growing needs.
